Garnishing & Serving
For our styled shoot, we created a half sphere of crushed ice and placed some passion fruit pulp within. Otherwise, you could cut a ripe granadilla in half and place one half on the surface of the drink, allowing it to float. For a sweeter garnish, coat the rim of the glass with a light dusting of vanilla sugar. This will enhance the subtle vanilla flavour of the cocktail.
We choose a short, stemless glass for our Passion & Vanilla Martini, but any shorter glass will do.
